Speed Calming Reminder
Please be mindful of posted 10 MPH speed limits within the community. We ask you to also remind your visitors. We continue to see drivers fail to slow down sufficiently for the speed bumps on Tripp View Lanes. There are small children in the neighborhood and pedestrians that walk the streets. We hope to avoid preventable accidents. Thank you for your courtesy.
Final Election Results
We congratulate and welcome Jill Smith and Wendy Smith on being elected to a 2-year term serving on the HOA board. Wendy will be filling the member-at-large position as a representative of the Townhomes section. Jill will be filling the vice president position and represents the Overlook section.

A notice was sent via Postal mail to homeowners in the Townhomes section in January. We encourage you to volunteer to join the HOA Board! Please contact FCS if you have any questions.

We welcome the newest Board member, Jill Smith, and thank Marli Mouritsen for her service on the Board. The next Board meeting is scheduled for February 19 at 6 p.m. If you have an agenda item as a homeowner, please contact FCS to obtain a link to attend the next open session for public comment.
Ice Melt Available To Homeowners - Upon Request
12/22/2025: Please submit a ticket via the Homeowner Portal or call us if you'd like ice melt delivered so you can keep your driveways and steps ice free this Winter.
