Winchester Overlook Selects Utah HOA Management

After evaluating our community's needs, the Board has selected Utah HOA Management to provide professional, responsive property management services. This transition will bring improved financial reporting, streamlined maintenance coordination, and stronger governance support to our neighborhood.

Your dues are not increasing as a result of this transition.

All existing community rules (CC&Rs) remain in effect.

Your board remains the decision-making body; Utah HOA Management implements board directives.

Financial records will be transferred securely and transparently.

Why are we switching management companies?

After evaluating our community's needs, the Board selected Utah HOA Management for their proactive approach, strong financial reporting capabilities, and commitment to responsive service. This change positions our community for better long-term management.

Will my HOA dues go up?

No — your dues are not increasing as a result of this transition.

How do I pay my dues now?

Payment details for the new system will be shared 2–3 weeks before the transition (approximately mid-July 2026). You will receive specific instructions on the new portal and payment methods.

Who do I call for maintenance issues?

Contact Utah HOA Management at (435) 292-8292 or visit their website to submit a request via the contact form.

What happens to my existing violation or request?

All open items will be transferred as part of the transition plan. You will be notified of any changes to the status of your existing requests.

Will the rules change?

No — existing CC&Rs remain in effect. Utah HOA Management enforces the rules the Board sets.

Can I still talk to the Board directly?

Yes. The Board remains accessible. Utah HOA Management supports the Board's operations.

What if I have a problem with the new management?

Contact the Board. We will work with Utah HOA Management to resolve issues.
